The service options for past participants in the South Africa Expeditions included:

• Serving at Sparrow Village for HIV/AIDS orphans
• Renovation of a creche (preschool) for orphaned and underprivileged children, as well as the installation of playground equipment and latrines
• Conducting small business or employment skills development courses for local villagers

• Teaching in the local schools
• Small business development consultation
• Providing health education outreach
• Presenting inspirational seminars to village students
• Playing and helping with infants and toddlers in creche/preschool
